I just saw a spectacular movie,"Deeply" Lynn Redgrave heads the cast of this sensitive and subtle romantic drama, playing a novelist who forms a bond with a troubled teenager, and tells her the tale of a woman who fell in love with a soldier during World War Two - only for the affair to bring grief to all concerned. It's set on an island inhabited by Irish folk. The Irish music was lovely, the story captivating, the characters excellent.
