Joined the 100 Days of Wt Loss by Linda Spangle in SparkPeople.com and because they will
begin a new 100 Days on March 1st I will be going over the days I am currently doing. I don't mind going over the days. Day 1 was successful. A Green Day! Have to go out and get some stars or stickers that are Green(Weight Loss), Yellow(Maintain) and Red(Gain).
I read the book's Day 1 today and filled in the corresponding Journal page. It was really tough
today staying away from the cookies in the kitchen. I did it! If Others Have Done It -- so can I.
