Just remember one thing if you don't remember anything else you learn about managing your food, calories, weight -- Life is beautiful and so are YOU. You are a beautiful person tell yourself that every time you look in a mirror and you CAN DO IT. So what if it takes a long time, longer than you expected. So what! Every day is a new day, start out with a positive attitude and try your best to do what you planned to do. That's all you can do. If it turns out that you didn't accomplish what you set out to do, there's always tomorrow. Right?
