After a couple days of dragging my feet, today's walk with a friend did wonders for me. The talk we had really caused me to think about how I can change things regarding my food and exercise. When I got home I got busy and went to work researching it all. I am a research freak. That would be a good job to look for - a research assistant for someone who doesn't like to do that. It would suit me.
Thursday was a good day after all. A friend helped me to see myself better.
Certain things prompt me to write about them. Either it's my opinion about valuable information I want to share, or else I'm just venting....Whatever the case, I believe we can never learn enough. Read, comment, share, that's why I'm here.

You CAN Do It

Just remember one thing if you don't remember anything else you learn about managing your food, calories, weight -- Life is beautiful and so are YOU. You are a beautiful person tell yourself that every time you look in a mirror and you CAN DO IT. So what if it takes a long time, longer than you expected. So what! Every day is a new day, start out with a positive attitude and try your best to do what you planned to do. That's all you can do. If it turns out that you didn't accomplish what you set out to do, there's always tomorrow. Right?
