Diabetes Weight Loss Challenge

I finished the Challenge to curb a sweet tooth.  Yikes 22 days without eating sugary stuff.  I didn't think I could do it, but I did!!

Now I am beginning another challenge -- 30-Day Diabetes Weight-Loss Challenge!  I'm not a diabetic yet, but I am on the borderline my doctor tells me.  So, I have to get on the stick and start doing something about it NOW.
