Started 100 More Days of Weight Loss by Linda Spangle, RN, MA
It seems like an honest approach to losing weight.  Got the idea from Emotional Eaters group which I joined in SparkPeople.com

Day 1 is about learning from others who have done it!

Two suggestions I got already - to substitute my sweets like cookies for Keto diet recipe for cookies which uses almond flour and sugar subs.  And to have these instead of cookies:  frozen yogurt, trail mix, and protein bars.

Great ideas I will incorporate into my diet.  No more sugar packed cookies!
